About Me
I know the pains and struggles of fundraising, as well as the amazing feeling and accelerated business growth when winning the right investors.
Two of my own startups received a total of over 3,000,000 Euros from VCs and business angels.
I spent 6 months in Silicon Valley searching for investors, met dozens of investors in London, Berlin, Munich, and Vienna, and managed to secure German eCommerce billionaire Oliver Samwer (founder of Rocket Internet, Zalando, etc.) as an investor.
Since 2016, I have been supporting founders in their search for investors. I also teach at numerous startup incubators and accelerators. At various conferences, I give lectures, conduct workshops, and prepare founders for their pitch presentations. For the past five years, I have been proud to be the official startup coach for the Austrian rendition of the globally successful startup TV show known as “Shark Tank”, “Lions Den”, “Dragons Den” or “Die Höhle der Löwen”. A prime-time show featuring me aired on Austria’s top private TV station.
I have also compiled my knowledge into two books on fundraising and pitching. In over 200 podcast episodes, I have discussed and shared insights with founders, investors, and innovators. For the past nine years, I have annually published the Startup Report, a report featuring funded founders.
It brings me immense joy to support entrepreneurs with my knowledge and contacts on their path to success.
